Helpful tips for online ordering:
As an overall cost savings measure the Festival has moved to a new ticketing system. We know that this will require some adjustment and perhaps a little extra effort for you when you make your first order this year. We have put together a few helpful hints based on our experience after going on sale this weekend.
1. Begin by taking a moment to find your account.
Once you are on the Festival Schedule page, there is a link at the bottom of these events that says ‘Account.’ Click on this link and enter your e-mail to see if there is an existing record with your contact information. If you have ordered with us in the past, you will most likely have a record. Even if you believe you do not have an account with us, please enter your e-mail and search for yourself. If there are no results, you will be able to proceed and enter in your information at the end of the order. If there is a result, you will be asked to enter your password. Password retrieval is very simple, and takes just a few seconds. Please complete this at the beginning of your order as retrieving your password at the end of the order will necessitate re-entering the events you wish to attend.
2. Check if you are getting your discount.
As a donor at the $150 level or up, we are happy to pass along a discount on most available tickets. If you have not received this coupon code, emailed to our donors on April 30, 2010, and believe you are entitled to the discount, please contact our offices. Also, if you go to complete your order and have made a donation within the previous business day, you will not have received your coupon code and will need our help.
